- Is the demo role switcher a production permission switch?
- No. The demo lets one person explore several perspectives. Operational workspaces use assigned roles and permissions; ordinary learners cannot promote themselves to administrators.
- Who decides what a manager can see?
- The administrator. Team access follows the manager’s assigned permissions.
- What words do roles use?
- Universal words by default: learners and staff. Experience Studio can rename areas of the academy for your community.
- Is organization administration the same as billing?
- No. Running the academy (people, roles, modules, brand) is separate from paying for it.
