Learn · Practice · Review

Learning that gives people somewhere to go.

Move from a clear learning objective to a lesson, a meaningful attempt, and feedback you can use. Keep the work and its record connected.

The learner’s journey

Three moments, one record.

  1. Find your next step

Return to your learning workspace, open an assigned course, and understand what the activity asks you to do.

  2. Put it into practice

Use quizzes to check understanding and assignments to demonstrate application. Different activities produce different kinds of evidence.

  3. Learn from the response

Read released instructor feedback alongside your results. A completed lesson and a reviewed demonstration tell different parts of the story.

Unlock rules

The right step opens at the right time.

Authors decide how a course unfolds. Learners always see why something is locked and when it opens.

  • Prerequisites: a course or step opens once another is complete.
  • Drip: content opens a set number of days after enrolment, or on a date.
  • Linear order: steps open one after another, in the order the author set.

Feedback, released deliberately

Instructors add judgment.

Instructors review submissions in context, save a private draft grade, and release the result when it is ready. Learners see feedback, not a half-finished mark.

  • Submit and replace assignments until the deadline.
  • Draft grades stay private until release.
  • Released results join the learner’s record.

Around the course

Everything that keeps people moving.

  • Quizzes and assignments

Check understanding with quizzes; demonstrate application with assignments that an instructor reviews.

  • SCORM courses

Bring existing SCORM packages. They are hosted and launched through Allure Connect on every plan.

  • Certificates and completion gates

Issue completion certificates and keep course documents with the course.

  • Cohorts and due dates

Group learners into cohorts; managers assign learning with a due date through an approval step.

  • Community beside the course

A practice feed, groups and direct messages where the learning is.

  • Notifications

People hear when feedback is released, a step opens, or a message arrives.

A useful distinction

What does the learning record show?

Course progress, quiz results and released assignment feedback provide a record of activity. A verified skill judgment requires its own evidence and review; completing content alone does not establish competence. Evidence summarises recorded checks, not a grade.
