What counts as an active learner?
An active learner is a person with the learner role who launched, progressed in or submitted learning during the monthly billing window. Seats held open, pending invitations, administrators, instructors, managers and course builders are never counted.
Starter is a cap: the 101st new learner in a month waits and the admin sees an upgrade prompt, while learners already active are never interrupted. Core and Growth never refuse a learner; extra active learners are billed in arrears.

Plans renew automatically until canceled. Yearly plans have a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first yearly payment. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime; access continues to the end of the paid month, with no refunds for partial months. Renewal payments are not refundable. Statutory refund rights are preserved.
