A guided start for your organization

Build the academy around your people.

Bring the right people, permissions, content and evidence requirements together before learners arrive. Enterprise setup starts with your organization’s learning needs.

How setup runs

Define, rehearse, then approve.

  1. Define the workspace

Agree the audience, administrators, instructors, access rules and learning objectives. Choose the first program and its acceptance criteria.

  2. Prepare and rehearse

Organize courses and integrations. Test invitations and each role with dedicated test accounts. Rehearse any content and history migration in an isolated environment.

  3. Approve the transition

Reconcile the migration, name support owners, and verify rollback. Move existing users and records only after your team approves the transition.

What Enterprise includes

Terms, trust and a plan, by agreement.

Enterprise academies get a documented security overview, a migration plan, and terms by agreement.

  • A documented security overview

How workspaces are separated, who processes data, and how requests are handled. Not a third-party audit, and we do not describe it as one.

  • A migration plan

Rehearsal, reconciliation and a typed cutover approval, with rollback verified first.

  • Terms by agreement

A signed agreement sits above the standard terms, with a data processing addendum on request.

  • Priced with you

Contracted learners and modules. We price it with you rather than publish a number we would have to caveat.

A useful distinction

Can we try the experience before migrating?

Yes. Use the demo and a planned pilot to assess the interface and learning flow. Moving existing users and records is a separate process with its own reconciliation and cutover approval.
