Who counts
An active learner is a person with the learner role who launched, progressed in or submitted learning during the monthly billing window. These never count:
- seats you are holding open,
- pending invitations,
- administrators, instructors, managers and course builders,
- learners who were enrolled but did nothing that month.
What each plan includes

Learners already active in a month are never interrupted, even on Starter.
Estimating a month
- 180 active learners: Core is $349.
- 400 active learners: Core is $349 + 150 × $1 = $499.
- 1,400 active learners: Core is $349 + 1,150 × $1 = $1,499; Growth is $849 + 400 × $0.75 = $1,149.

Refunds and cancelling
Annual plans come with a 30-day refund. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time from your billing settings, and the plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for. Prices exclude tax, which is added at checkout.
